ok so...i put a tampod in at 8am and was wearing at untell 1pm then i took a nap and woke up and put a new one in to go play at around 2:30pm so..how long are you SPOUST to wear it for...and how long after takeing one out should i wait to put a new one in

depends on the person... NEVER MORE THEN 8 HOURS!
but try to do so 3-4 hours... you do NOT have to wait inbetween. Take the tampon out and put the next one in.

if you can, you should use the lowest absorbency...like regular. Just change it more often. You should never wear one more than 4 hours. You can get Toxic Shock Syndrome from wearing them too long and using too high absorbency level (super, super plus)
To be safe, you should change it every three to fours hours.

A tampon should be changed at least every 4 hours, even on days when your flow is light.
On heavy days, use a tampon designed for heavy days (Super, Super Plus) and on light days use a tampon for light days (Regular, Slim Regular, Junior).

Either until it's soaked, or after 3-4 hours. Too much longer and you risk bacteria growing in it possibly leading to infection or just a funky smell.

do you mean a tampon ? well you can put a new one in as soon as you take the old one out. the longest I've ever left one in be for switching it out for a new one was about 6 hours or so.

you don't have to wait between them but if you read the directions they say 6-8 hours and DO NOT LEAVE IN LONGER THAN 8 HOURS... sometimes thought you will need a new one sooner.

I change mine about every 5 hours or so. Just whenever it starts to feel like you need to.. some people need to change theirs more often than others.
