Too many milk products MAY cause constipation. There are numerous other factors as well. Drink a lot, eat lots of fibrous foods and you will be fine.

2% to 1% Milk is better to drink if you have constipation. Slim milk is okay, but its terrible for your skin. Try eating more fruits and veggies. Fiber is good too, but try to eat fiber and milk products separately -- don't combine the two all the time.

Oh YES!! For those who are lactose intolerant, any milk product -- cheese, ice cream, yogurt, all of it -- can cause constipation and gas. Soy milk is a reasonable substitute, causes no difficulty, and is easily available.

sorry, but yes it is. you should try and get a lot of fiber in your diet. oatmeal for breakfast is an excellent source of fiber. so are granola bars. my husband loves milk, so he counters the constipation it causes him by eating a big bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. it really works!
Best Wishes
