I doubt it. I never ate carrots as a kid, and I have freckles. Just remember what someone or other said..."Freckles is a sign of English beauty." Don't shout at me if you're American, whatever, I'm only repeating it!

you have a rare case of carrot freckels be careful there contagious....u have to be quick about your actions from here on out u might ba able to reverse the effect of the

Nope, freckles are genetic, and they are caused by melanin in your skin being distributed unevenly. Carrots contain carotene, which is completely different.
