Late Fee ! and the longer you wait the more the fee will be ! Hurry go and pay now ! If its not already too late ! your plates can say MAR 07, but if they expired on March 1st or even on the 25th. as of today you would have to pay a late fee already.

Some states have penalties for late renewal, some don't, so nothing would happen there. If you drive on April 1,2007, you will be doing so without the benefit of insurance, it expired in March. Actually, if you look at your registration closely, it expires on a certain day in the month, it's not always the complete month, it depends on when you first title/registered the car. So, if it says it expires on 3/21/07, you would be without insurance from the 22nd on.

Nothing, as long as you don't drive it during the days it is lapsed. Drive, and you can be ticketed, your plates seized, and your vehicle impounded. Don't park it on the street either.

It depends on what state you're in.
Chances are you'll just have to pay a late fee.

probably nothing ... unless you get pulled over, then most likely you'll get a ticket, in some states you can have your license suspended ... why not just renew it now?
