I smile and happy all the time. just last wednesday, our youth group went to L.A Cafe to help out. i shoved an entire cinamin roll in my mouth, which freaked out my friend. He was laughing as hard as i was. of course, i had a HUGE accident. it went through the WHOLE back side of my capri's including the leggings. I could name a million other times but there arn't enough characters to let me. LOL
I also go to the bathroom a lot, so don't say go to the bathroom.

You have a weak bladder; I'm glad you have a sense of humor about it, but you should talk to your doctor.

I've had the same problem occur from sneezing or coughing too hard. Mine stems from child-bearing. The doctors told me to exercise the muscles in the genitalia area by flexing them everyday. When you feel a big laugh coming on, flex those muscles and it should help you hold it in a bit better. It's just remembering to flex that is the hard part!

Sounds like you might have stress incontinence. You need to see your doctor and prpbably a urologist. If it only occurs when you laughing, sneezing ,eetyc, you might try Sudafed 60mg every 8 hours. You'll need to have your parent buy it. Cut down on caffeine which is a diuretic. If you are frequently urinating, and are thirsty and hungry all the time, make sure to be checked for diabetes.
