has to be something kids will like I heard that splenda works I don't know please post receipts thanks janet I want to test before XMAS

Splenda works very well. Below is a sugar to splenda conversion.

1 C = 16 T = 48 tsp = 24 packets
3/4 C = 12 T = 36 tsp = 18 packets
1/2 C = 8 T = 24 tsp = 12 packets
1/3 C = 5.3T = 16 tsp = 8 packets
1/4 C = 4T = 12 tsp = 6 packets
1/8 C = 2T = 6 tsp = 3 packets
1T = 3 tsp = 1.5 packet

Sugar Free Cinnamon Cookies
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
5 teaspoons fructose sweetener
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Beat eggs and water until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar replacement and ground cinnamon. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in sifter; sift half of the dry ingredients over egg mixture. Fold to completely blend. Repeat with remaining dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup reduced fat margarine, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup peeled, shredded tart apple
2 eggs
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar substitute (e.g., Splenda ®)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, sour cream, apple, eggs, maple flavoring and vanilla. Combine flour, sweetener, baking soda and baking powder; add to apple mixture and mix well. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees F for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight container.

you can use honey as well just use half the honey you would for sugar
