First of all...Breathe!!!! Calm down. Chances are you are not pregnant since so many tests have been negative. But if you are still concerned that pregnancy might be a possibility, you can go to your doctor and they can do a blood pregnancy test, this is usually more reliable then the urine tests because it can detect a minute amount of the pregnancy hormone sooner. What has been going on in your life recently? If aspects of your life have been very stressful then this is probably why your period is late, it is not unusual for women to skip a period every now and then. Also if you go several more weeks without it you should go to your doctor to make sure that you dont have tubal cysts or ovarian cysts, usually you can't feel these but they can cause hormones to be out of control and trick your body into thinking it is pregnant. Also you may want to get your thyroid checked because that can also mess with your hormones.
Again try to remember to breathe if you stress yourself out over what the possibilities could be then you really will feel like you are going mad. Whatever the out come remember that you have options and people to talk to. Good luck, also if you have recently lost alot of weight then this can cause your period to stop as well.

Since you've eliminated the possibility that you are pregnate then your lateness is obviously stress related. If you still feel really worried and it's getting out of hand then I would suggest trying some light yoga, meditation and a total fruit and vegetable diet. These changes are incredible at calming the nerves, balancing the body's internal system and giving you a true sense of wholeness and peace. I have struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life and only when I included a complete regimin that works the mind, body and spirit did I finally feel relief. The food we eat directly affects our moods and mental health, the relaxation of the body through yoga and meditation works directly on the soul of a person shedding light to those places that need it. If all this does not fully help then I would consider getting therapy and possibly medication from a doctor as It could be a chemical imbalance. Good Luck! God bless you.

yes, you are in a vicious cylce... caaaaaaalmmmmm downnnn... listen to some relaxing music, take a day off, sleep. missing a period can be normal if you are under a lot of stress, both physical and mental. if you dieting a lot can affect it too. missing a period is normal when in stressful conditions. just try to identify where your stress is coming from and try to make your life easier.
good luck!!

stressing makes your period delay and girls sometimes have things like that happening. your menstruation is not always going to be regular. so dont stress and dont worry it will come.
