D,

On your statement, either paper or online, what is the name of the purchase? It might be an Annual Fee.

Have you called Discover to find out exactly what it is? They will be able to assist you better than any one here can.

It is probably the annual fee. If you've been a good customer, call the customer service number on the back of your bill and ask to have the fee waived. Many card companies will do this if you ask

Call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) and ask Discover about the charge. If they can't explain the charge to your satisfaction, they can tell you how to dispute the charge.

Try calling Discover. They have access to your account, we don't.

CALL THEM AND ASK THEM. RECORD THE TIME AND DATE YOU CALLED AND THE PERSON YOU SPOKE TO ON YOUR BILL SO YOU HAVE PROOF OF WHAT THEY SAY. ASK THEM TO NOTE EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU ON YOUR ACCOUNT. WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING THEY SAY.
I CANCELED MY DISCOVER CARD. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INOT BUYING ANY "SERVICE" THEY OFFER YOU FOR $40.00!!!!
