You sound like a very nice girl and the only thing I can see as a negative is your being shy. That's not exactly a strike against you but it definitely can make it harder to fit in.Try and take the initiative sometimes .You be the one to start the conversation and try to remember to smile , smile , smile. It will help to let others know you are approachable. You need to work on yourself a bit , take baby steps to try and overcome your shyness. Also, remember that there will always be kids ( and adults ) in your life that will be mean. Do your best to ignore it. It's not your problem , it's their choice to be that way. I know it's hard to feel like the outcast but just keep being nice and try to talk to people .... things will change for you . You just need to give it some time ... : )

Hey I'm around your age. Just start showing your true nature to people and just talk to them. If those people are mean to you, be really really nice to them and they'll have a change of opinion. Don't back away.
If you want to talk to boys, just crack a joke or complain about the class or something. It works as long as you try and keep a cool facade.

I was in your position at your age. The problem you're probably facing is that you haven't found a group of friends in which you fit in with yet. As you get older, you meet new people and thus different kinds of people. Eventually, you'll get a group of friends, and you'll meet guys through them. But I know exactly what you're going through. I didn't begin to make friends until I was 12, so it shouldn't be long for you. Just keep your chin up and be yourself. You'll find them. :)

the girls are mean to you because they are jelous. I had this problem, no one seemed to like me. and because one person made fun of me, everyone deceded to follow along. Ur still at the age where boy still think girls are a little gross, hang in there and they will come around. Be your self and don't let anyone put you down, you are better then them because they think you ain't. Take care. :)

Maybe they are afraid to talk to you because you are too good for them...trying approaching them instead of waiting for them to come to you.
