First off I am only 14. I know that this whole concept of "going out" at my age is messed up but here it goes. I have been going out with this guy (I will call him Adam) for about 3 weeks now. I have been trying to get together with him on the weekend or days we have off from school. Every time we try he can never go. Because of his crazy mother. My friend is going out with Adams twin. She says that she has the same problem. This is starting to make me mad. I have suggested groups and stuff like that. And somehow Adam STILL can't "make it" probably because of his mother!
What am I supposed to do??

Find a new guy, there isn't anything thing you can do and it's not going to get better. Sorry but sometimes it just doesn't work out.

Ummm...I'm not trying to be mean or anything but have you ever thought that maybe he just doesn't want to go anywhere with you? I had the same problem with my last boyfriend. I'd try to get together with him and he always came up with some lame excuse like that he was going bowling with his family.
try talking to him about it and seeing if he really likes you or not.
Now, that's just one theory, and I really hope that I'm not right!
You could try getting him to invite you to dinner or something with his family and try to suck up to his mother. She might be more willing to let you two do things together if she gets to know you better.
If these don't work, then maybe you should find someone else who can spend more time with you.
