I filed an amendment for my tax return and would like to check the statis of that amendment. How do I check?

You can't check it online. I filed an amendment as well, and tried that. Probably have to call. Yuck :)

It takes 8 to 12 weeks to process an amended return, you can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040
