How long does it usually take to lose your spark between you and your loved one. Ive been dating my boyfriend for 2 years and it just seems like its not as intimate as it use to be. Or we dont kiss or do anything like we use to. We still get along and everything is great between us, just not the romance. He says he loves me more than ever and wants to marry me.. How can i "spice' things up... Or do something?

You have to shake things up. Romance takes effort.

Guys like variety, where even the small things can rekindle the interest. New outfit, new panties, some umm... personal space grooming changes, or a suggestive love note can make a huge difference.

It doesn't have to be a lot.

I was in the same situation as you. The number one thing you have to remember is that you should always communicate how you feel.. because frankly the other person might not know. I expressed how I felt to find out.. my husband felt the same way. We started doing different things... using toys, going away for a day/two, using sensual message oils while listening to "mood setting" music, etc. You'd be surprised how communication and a variety can change things. Don't fall into a "routine"... it's too easy to get bored! Good luck.

most people will get sex and romance twisted. the physical act of sex is a no brainier any moron can do. Romantic love is a form of love that is often regarded as different from mere needs driven by sexual desire, or lust. Romantic love generally involves a mix of emotional and sexual desire, as opposed to Platonic love. There is often, initially, more emphasis on the emotions than on physical pleasure.
Properties of romantic love:
It must take you by surprise (be the result of a random encounter).
It cannot be easily controlled.
It is not overtly (initially at least) predicated on a desire for sex as a physical act.
If requited, it may be the basis for lifelong commitment.
When it comes to romance you and he will have to work together try setting a side one day a week as date night do something different every week no matter how Corny it is.One week you pick something then next time he pick just make sure the dates are things you both enjoy
