alright.
I can't lift weights, or anything like that.
I need somthing that I can do right now, in my room, that will give me a good work out.
Is it possible to lose a pound or two right now?
I'm willing to spend atleast an hour, or maybe even more. I want somthing thats not boring. Like, I can do jumping jacks for about 5 minutes, then I get bored. I want to lose about 10 pounds by summer.. so anyone have anything I can do?
I can't buy tapes or anything. Is there anything I can do thats like, a website, that shows me good exersises? or do you have suggestions? The more I lose, the better.

Find someone to play with and play. Playing is the best form of exercise, even if it's just a game of tag, wrestling or whatever. It's even more fun when it's play between someone you like to play with.

if you lik to dance, in the privacy of your room, turn on some music and just go crazy. ;)
