Sleep, excercise, less sugar/caffeine. Also, avoid all non-medication drugs as well as alcohol. You can try some gentle skin moisturizers, just be careful not to get it in your eyes.
I do know that some people have naturally thin skin under thier eyes, and the veins show more than on most people, but if you keep up these habits, it really does help.

OK here i have a remedy for you get juicy cucumbers and slice them up into little circles and put them on your eyes it really works! i have that problem too do not worry you are NOT alone!!! and try adding more pillows under your one now and try to get more sleep

My doctor told me it was allergies. Once I started taking a daily antihistamine, they cleared up.
