My hair is pretty straight, but I love the look. I just was wondering if anyone had any tips. Thanks!

Use mousse. Get some curling mousse, separate the tangles, run the mousse through it, and shake your hair a bit.
Try to curl your hair with your fingers or plastic curlers. Then put gel or grease on it and curl it with your fingers or curlers again and then blow dry it. Use some gel to make your hair straight and a little bit wavy. If you don't have a perm, wet your hair, put some gel on it or add water to grease and rub together. Don't comb your hair, just wait for it to dry

You can also try this method it works better for some people:
Wash your hair normally, and at the end of your shower, rinse your hair with cold water.
Spritz your hair with spray in conditioner/detangler and brush your hair through and find your part (off center is very pretty and goes well with this look).
Spray or rub in a curl booting product, not too much or your hair will get weighed down and greasy.
Tousle your hair with your fingers, then sleep on it.
In the morning, straighten about 1 inch of the ends of your hair, and straighten your bangs. Scrunch your hair, then add a bit of hair spray.

Tip: If your hair is flat at the top, spray it with water, add a small amount of gel, scrunch it into a ball, then secure it with a jaw clip. Leave it for about 10 minutes then spray with hair spray and remove the clip.

You could perm it? Ive been wanting a wavy perm also because I also love the look! Like these pictures of Kate Hudson:

I love that lose, wavy hair! I recently asked a similar question heres the link:

But as far as I know perming, a curling iron, or a certain hair gel I use on my wet hair after a shower is all I know of to mak your hair curly or wavy ;unless yourl naturally curly!
Heres the hair gel from Paul Michel I use after a shower.

I first get most of the water out of my hair, then I get the gel in my hand and scrunch it up to my scalp and keep scrunching! Sometimes I even scrunch it up into a ball and put in a ruber band! And when I get to school I take it out and it stays. ~Hope this helped!

Have you tried a spiral curling iron? Spritz a tad of hairspray on a section and then wrap it around the spiral curling iron and hold for about 10 - 14 seconds.

Hmm, well, you can try taking a shower, then braiding your hair in either one braid, two braids, or however many you want. Even (a) french braid(s)! Take your shower at night, so you can sleep with them/it in, and then, in the morning, undo them/it, and VOILA! Beautiful waves! The best part is, you don't get frizz when you braid your hair. I do it to my hair when it needs a break from the blow dryer.

Hi,
if you want to have volume and big curls which looks natural.
1. have your hair cut layered.
2. have a body perm.
3. everyday, spray some water onto your hair and rolled on big sponge roller....then blow dry it.
4. let it set for awhile, then take out the roller.
5. use your hand to brush it with some hair oil (very very little),
and hair sprayed it.
Oh, this is what i do for my hair everyday....and many of my clients love my hair and always wanted me to recommend my stylist to them.....hehe....some even thought my hair is a wig....haha..
hope this will helps you dear...

You could braid your hair or use a curling iron. One of my friends wet her hair, put gel in her hand, and scrunch her hair. You could also use tips from my source.

if you want wavy hair than put your hair in a bun when you sleep, put it in a ponytail, then twist it, and put in a bun.
for crippled hair put your hair in several braids before you sleep.
if you want curly you should get the night curlers, mine r spongey, you put them in before you sleep and you get curly hair,
i know what you mean...my hair is extremely straight and i love the wavy curly look too!
