This is a good question. I am not a Jew, but I am a Christian. As a Christian, my belief is that you cannot go to Heaven unless you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour. Still, the Bible mentions having "heard" the good news about Christ and rejecting Christ and not being able to go to Heaven if one rejects Him. How would native tribes who have never been exposed to the teachings of Christ fit in with Heaven? How about people in remote areas, or people who are retarded and are incapable of understanding? What about Jews, who are God's chosen people? If they are taught from infancy that the Messiah is yet to come, and they are taught that Jesus was not the Messiah, then can they really be held accountable for not accepting Him? It is not their fault if they have not been told otherwise in the way they were led to believe. This is one of those things that only God is qualified to answer. None of us here can answer that question.

Depends on which you believe in. The 7 day advents believe that "the true children of GOD" 144,000 of them will go. Others believe that only those that have accept the salvation will go. I personally, find it hard to accept that a "GOD", that claims to be loving and forgiving only offered one way to all man. This is based on the fact that all the "known" world did not incompass the entire world. And that raises a new question.
What about the possiblity of life on other planets? Can the world end without having spread the "word" to them?
Just a few things to think about when someone claims to have the only way to "GOD".
I have a view that all the religions of the world are looking at "GOD" through different facets of the same gem.

They believe in righteous behaviour and repentence and forgiveness from God. If you read the Torah and other parts of the Tanakh (Old Testament), you will find more information.
However, the concept of heaven and hell is a later addition to Judaism, as are angels, resurrection, satan and other concepts which were borrowed from Zoroastrianism. The story of Noah's Ark, creation of man from clay or earth, etc. were borrowed from Babylonian and Sumerian mythology.
Christians too borrowed many concepts from other societies. The concept of the doctrine of Christ dying for the sin of Adam, etc. would have been strange to the historical Jesus. It derives from Mithras and other Greek, Persian, and Egyptian mystery cults that were prevalent at the time. The idea of a Saviour-deity, virgin-born, who dies and resurrects is entirely pagan. Christmas is actually Mithras's birthday, not Christ's.

The Jews have a different Messiah, and although it does not explicitly say the name of the person, it does consider the restrictions and traits of that person. They believe they get to heaven by doing good, just like any other religion believes. Plain and simple.

But Before him you had righteous people.... but the bible also states those that endure to the end shall be save. hope is not made with man it is made with The Creator in islam there is meditor as in Chirstianity. meaning the Creator was not Jesus ,jesus Taught where you should put your hope and thats in the one who creates

All the righteous of the nations have a share in the world to come. Our God does not discriminate against Egyptians, Assyrians, Moabites, Christians, Muslims, etc. All who follow the 7 Noahide laws have a place in the afterlife.
Our God condemns only the most evil of the evil to oblivion -- NOT to eternal punishment and torture. The Jewish hell is a short period of cleansing similar to the Catholic purgatory.
It's your kind and loving Christian God that condemns non-believers to hell.
The messiah will NOT be divine. He will be a great human leader who will help us to bring peace, justice, and goodness on earth for all humanity. All can aspire to be the messiah.
The sole purpose of the messiah is to bring peace on earth -- not salvation. We ask and receive forgiveness from God on a regular basis without intermediaries!
No Jew believes that Jesus was the messiah. It is blasphemy to worship any human being made into a god!

The Jews think Jesus was a fake--He did not fulfill the prophesy of the Christ they were promised--so they are still waiting for the REAL Christ to rock up.

Millions of people who don't believe Jesus is God, savior or messiah think they will go to Heaven.
God did not make Heaven a 'Christians Only' country club.
