I start puching, breaking, and throwing stuff.
so how can i over come this besides eating

It sounds as if you have a blood sugar issue, such as diabetes or hypoglycemia. That causes a lot of irritability when the blood sugar drops, and you also feel hungry because food is what raises your blood sugar. I think you need to see a doctor!

I do this too...
just try not to focus on the hunger and do something else, like think about something different. stare off into space...

it's always better to just eat something though
