I am 27 and have always felt intimidated to discuss my sexual intentions with my date or partner. I am a very extroverted individual, but just can not seem to be able to verbalize my wants, needs and desires with them. Yet I am always interested in wanting to learn all about their needs. Can you please help me with this issue...??

Couple suggestions:
First off, we really don't mind. How else're we gonna learn what you like unless you give us some guidance. When guys ask and aren't aholes about it, it shows us trust, which we get off on. Second, when we do something right, let us know and don't be shy. Encouragement=good. It makes us want to do more, make ourselves better at it. We really want to make you brag about us at work. And lastly, you aren't the only one who's nervous. Just don't forget most women are people pleasers, so tell us how.

It could be your partner that intimidates you, not just sex. The right partner will not have that effect on you. The right partner will open that door easily for you and you will walk right in with no problem.

Talking about wants and needs has always been a difficult talk when it comes to your partner. Just be honest and instead of saying "I don't like when you do this" say, you know what feels amazing...when you do this...or I like it when....
Make it exciting to want to do things or for her to do things to you.

If you have a hard time saying it, how about writing or typing it out? I know it might sound dumb, but I think it will make it a lot easier...
