Okay, so you want to gain weight. But gaining fat isn't the way to do it, because it will get out of hand and you could get dangerously obese. You should eat lots of protein and healthy foods and start working out so you can gain muscle. Gaining muscle is the best way to gain weight, because you'll look great and and be strong. Muscle weighs more than fat!

It's just as hard to gain weight as it is to lose it, of course you should try to gain healthy weight but, that can take a very long time. So try to eat somewhat healthy but it doesn't hurt to eat a lot of ice cream and some taco bell every now and then.

Have larger size helpings of food at meals and keep nutritious snacks readily available. Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. to gain weight eat junk food like chips and stuff. but if you want to eat healthy and gain weight eat spagettie and bread.

Eat lots of complete proteins.
Peanut butter, fish, chicken, turkey are the best.
Also, rice & beans are a complete protein.

If you eat late at night, you will be hungrier in the morning, and then will eat more.
