you are sooo cute! just be like "Mr. and Mrs. so and so i really like your daughter and i was wondering if maybe i can take her out sometime." and then if they dont say anything tell them you will always have her home on time and youll take good care of her and you wont rush in to a deep relationship and stuff like that but dont talk to fast or theyll think youre desperate and have an idea of when and where you want to take her

What my parents used to call that is "Puppy Love". I fell in love for the first time when I was 15 and he was 14. We were truly in love just as you. We continued to be in love for 5 years. All the way through my first year of college. I remember the first time he came to my house to ask my parents if I could go out on a date with him. My parents said NO because we were too young, but we could go out as long as our parents were with us.
Take what ever her parents give you. If they say she can't date yet, tell them you will wait until she can. They will respect you for that. Your girlfriend will too.
Good luck and share many memories together.. don't break her heart! ;-)

You are going about it the right way by asking her parents. But understand that for now with both of yous being 14, you should ask to take her to a movie on a Sat. afternoon . I was chaperoned when I was asked to go skating by a boy at your age . His mother came with us. For now I would ask them for their permission to let her go to a movie with you. Let them get to know you and see how responsible you are. I wouldn't tell them your name is STUD on questions and answers.

Well, it helps to be yourself. Be honest. And just go with the flow of things. There is always the possibility that they will not approve so way out all of your options. Just be natural and try not to get to nervous.

Age in years has little to do with it, but from your posting style, you need to grow up a good deal before you can say you are in love.
