How do you get a shy guys attention or flirt, with out being to obvious about it or with out freaking him out?

Shy guys are far different from outgoing guys when it comes to the dating scene. If you're a confident, empowering female though, you just have to be aware that you'll be the one making all the first moves and making all decisions (dinner plans, movie choices...) down the road. With shy guys, you have to be completely honest and upfront. Otherwise, they won't budge 'cause they're too afraid of getting shot down unless you verbally say, "I LIKE YOU." It's not scaring him off, it's just showing him that you made the first move and you feel comfortable enough leaving it out there for him to follow your lead. Find common interests. That seems to open them up more when you start talking about stuff they're actually interested in, then they'll be more apt to "flirting" and all the rest of that fun stuff regarding dating. well if he is real shy.. that means he folds under pressure and its hard for him to talk to you if he likes you cause he doesnt want to say something stupid and make you think he is weird or somthing like that.. so you have to try and take the pressure off.. its kinda old school.. but write him a letter talking to him about the way you feel.. and ask about the way he feels.. the best approch is to say hi and ask how his day is.. he may say "good" and not know what else to say or might even ask you the same.. say what you wish and then say.. "well i knew i was going to be buzy so i wrote you this note.. sorry we cant talk more but i hope we can later.." then hand the note.. and leave with a smile and a sweet sounding "goodbye" ok.. now he has all the time to take in what your asking him and to figure out what to say back to you.. maybe you can add yor emial in also but letters is more personal.. this takes away almost all the pressure cause he has time to think.. and not on the spot.. going .."duhhhh" and turning red and then being all shy you know.. so try this let me know how it works.. and good luck

Do like the scene in Basic Instinct...uncross and cross your legs while wearing a skirt with no panties on while sitting in front of him. Not too obvious and it shouldn't freak him out!

i'm shy but the opposite when it comes to a guy I really want. I'm outspoken when I like a guy. It's known hey I like you, you know your interested so let's do something lol. Guys actually appreciate a bold girl in that department

As a 'shy guy' I think it's best if you just start a conversation politely, introduce yourself, say hello and go from there.

Just cause he's shy (like me) does not mean he does not appreciate directness in girls. Be open and honest.

Just try talking to him, be his friend.
After a while when he's more relaxed around you try asking him out.

smile or wave, sumtimes just start small talk and give a push not to hard though
