How do you uninstall NoAdware 5.0?

Question

I've got it on my task bar or the thing at the bottom of the screen where it says start but to the far bottom right hand corner, I get the names confused, but how do you uninstall it? I've tried to uninstall it by going to that page where you can install and uninstall things but it doesn't show up? I'm pissed off at it right now and I have no clue how to get rid of it!! Oh and I remembered I had saved it in a file on my computer if that makes a diffrence. Pleas help, the little bugga is pissing me off!!!

click on unistall. it can be found within the control panel.
