Bananas and lots of water up to an hour before you run, then only a little bit of water at a time before you actually run. Stay hydrated is the key. Bananas have always been what I've been told to keep cramps away while running. Give it a shot!

when your running breath......when you dont breath thats when you get cramps and if you have cramps after running put your hands on your head to let more air to get to your lungs

strech. as much as it hurts it helps. and if you eat a banana befor you fun it helps because the pataseum dose something. i dont know why it helps but i used to get them but since i'v started eating one about 30 mints befor i havnt been getting them.

you have to slow your breathing, take a break and walk between your jog or run. and try not to drink too much water while running!!

soak in a bath with eucalyptus oil (burts bees have a good one).
Also you can drink rosemary tea. Hope this helps.

ok what i do (and my track coach told me to do) was massage it aand then rub Icy Hot on it. It should work!
