My drivers license says I have to wear glasses when I drive n I got pulled over and didn't have them on, I have court tomorrow, I'm in az, what punishment do u think ill get?? I heard its a criminal offense.

You will probably get fined - just be thankful that you were caught before you got into an accident where you could have been hurt or even worse, killed. God Bless!!

It is considered serious, I'm not sure about the criminal offense. The fine normally runs around $275.00. I would definately have those glasses and be wearing them when you go to court. Expect to get a "talkin to" about the seriousness of the incident.

no big deal.
it's not as bad as speeding or driving someone in your car when you're not of age. these offenses can get your drivers license suspended.
but not wearing glasses is a fine.
