Big Bang, didn't know that I or any other Christian condemned you to hell, thought that was a self-induced kind of thing.

My friend John doe, but is Ok that the far left control the media, right? It is OK that my children be taught that Homosexuals
are victims of something? No one said any rights have to be taken away from anyone, BUT, that doesn't mean any "new" rights be inserted either. And just how do you interpret this question in a way that assumes we or anyone wants control of anything. We, people of religion, are subjected everyday to far-left leaning, liberal thoughts and ideas. I could careless what anyones religion is and they are free to practice it.

Tell you what, my brother. If you're living here in America, you organize whatever campaign your little heart desires and go for it.

This country was not founded such that any ONE religion was designated as THE official religion. We embrace ALL religions.

There may be a good number of Christians (in a variety of denominations) in America, but we still enjoy certain freedoms here, including freedom of the press and speech.

That means that we don't need some far-right fundamentalists trying to bring about a theocracy and control our press, our TV, our radio, etc., etc.

If you don't like something, then turn away, brother.

You're free to worship in your own way; just don't try to tell others that they have to get into step with you.

Peace.

Steve you may well have been tolerant of other religions. I don't know you.

But in general Christians have little or no tolerance of those who choose not to be Christian. They expect to be able to teach their religion in public schools, but become angered at the idea that another religion would want to do the same. They want their religious holidays off school but the local principal gives me a lecture about the importance of school attendance every time I take my kids out of school for an Islamic religious holiday. A local High school started Bible classes. Since over 20% fo the school was Muslim the Muslim students asked to be able to start a Quran class at the same time. Can you guess, they were denyed. And we are not talking about teaching Christian children Quran (the Bible class was originally going to be mandatory now it is voluntary)

There is no tolerance. Only condescending pity and an attempt to "save" Us.

Tolerant of what?

Homosexuality? You're not tolerant enough.
Atheists and other nonreligious people? You're clearly not tolerant enough, if atheists (such as myself) are still the most distrusted minority in America, according to a study at the University of Minnesota.

Please. If the reason for your intolerance is what some guy wrote 4000 years ago, you really need to take a look at why you think the way you do.

10 - i'm not involved even nevertheless it particularly is depressing. 9 - i'm not involved on the undertaking. 8 - I despise Trinitarians with a constrained degree of contempt and pity them. 7 - i'm completely conscious of those obvious cruel and violent acts stumbled on in the Scriptures. 6 - i don't snicker at them and that i'm not involved approximately them. i don't have confidence that the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary. Mary gave beginning to a human, the guy Jesus. He grew to grow to be God while the Holy Spirit stumbled on Him and He replaced into one hundred% fulfilled (achieved to perfection) by way of the Holy Spirit. He completely grew to grow to be one with God in essence after His resurrection. After His resurrection, he's now not a individual, yet a Spirit. 5 - I settle for that the earth is old, yet 4.fifty 4 billion years is obviously not precise. it rather is close, inspite of the undeniable fact that it particularly is a estimate. no one is familiar with precisely how old the earth is. to declare that the earth is exactly 4.fifty 4 billion years is in basic terms conjecture. 4 - No, i don't have confidence that, even nevertheless it would be advantageous to be certain anybody go through in hell, on the grounds that they deserve it. My "faith" isn't of peace neither is it of tolerance. My "faith" seeks to smash all religions. inspite of the undeniable fact that, I evaluate it the certainty (a million Samuel sixteen:7; Matthew 15:18-20; a million Peter a million:2), or a minimum of greater effectual than Christianity. 3 - technology has not disproven God. technology disproves faith. conversing in tongues isn't effectual info. actual feeling God's presence is the final info. Being translated, taken up, snatched up by way of God is effectual info (Acts 8:39). A supernatural demonstration is the way God will show Himself to the worldwide. 2 - i don't pray anymore different than while i'm repenting. or perhaps then, i don't in basic terms say a prayer. I confess my sins to God, ask God to grant me His blood, notice the blood of Jesus and that i say thank you Father. a million - i know that the Bible and it rather is translations are actually not infallible. i know that Christianity is a faith and the Holy Spirit isn't constantly with Christianity. i know that the historic previous of Christianity shows corruption in the church.

I think you have lacked the moral courage to point out the righteousness is the point of religion, not tolerance.

Tolerance is a pretend secular value meant to stifle debate. It is rolled out anytime someone says something secularists do not want to be said. Hypocritically, they themselves are not tolerant. They tolerate everyone who tolerates the same things they do.

Notice nobody is very tolerant of anti-homosexual speach. Or missionaries. Or Muslim women dressing modestly.

No Jesus said to forgive 70 x 7.....Even though He didn't mean 490 literally, I don't think today we've even come close to forgiving 490. Keep loving and praying.

There are people who call themselves "Christian" who tolerate nothing that challenges their opinions, egos, and sense of self-cherishment... I'd say NOT.
