First you have to do some sort of cardio to get rid of fat (sorry you can't target the stomach area only on this one). Then or during the cardio, you can do crunches for the upper and lower abs. (upper - regular crunches, lower - leg lifts). And BEING CONSISTENT and eating healthier.
