Don't think I'm being rude but I've never heard anything so cheesy...I do appreciate your effort to make an impression and be romantic, but you should tell her in person and if you want to be romantic, take her out to dinner or to watch a sunset or something or just make the dinner yourself, play the piano for her and then give her a rose and tell her that you love her. I'm a little confused.. which doesn't take much!! ;-) Are you saying the entire thing will take place on utube?
If so..then NO! Her answer doesn't need to be broadcasted all over the world. But, if you are going to record your proposal, yes, I think that is sweet. Then if she wants to record her answer.. then you can do that, but give her the opp to choose. Don't get your feelings hurt for the world to see if she says no. That should be private. Just my opinion. Who knows she may wanna throw you down and get busy after she sees your sweet words.. Good Luck! and hopefully, Congrats!

maybe try a song that not many people kno so that she thinks thats "ur song"...but otherwise the idea is good
