A joint called Nappy Cutz, run by 2 guys named Ice Cube and Cedric the Entertainer. Girl named Queen Lativah runs a respectable beauty shop next door.

Seriously tho, wouldn't it make sense just to look in a phone book? I'm betting that .0003% of ppl on Yahoo Answers live in Philly, and none of those 1 persons know where to find a black hair salon.
