When a girl say she likes you, what are some of her action that's saying she wants to be your "best friend kinda like" , or "dating kinda like".

If she told you she likes you... ask her out. If you don't like her back don't tell her "You pretty...but I don't like you like that"
Telling her she's pretty or beautiful or whatever makes it worse like "What could be wrong with ME (as in my personality) that makes me so unlikable?" And she will feel terrible. Just tell her you are comfortable with your relationship as friends and aren't ready to take it to the next level.

Well, really depends on how she acts and how she says things not what she says. You didn't give enough info here to answer this question. Still, I can honestly tell you right now that being friends with girls you find attractive never works out too well cos usually she will be just using the guy and he'll just be a buster.
OK, in general, the best way to find out whether she wants to be friends or something more is to kiss her. If she's all awkward about it than she probably just wants to be friends. But if you don't want to risk it, there's another way. Observe the way she behaves towards you...If she keeps demanding things from you and gives nothing in return, then she probably wants to be "friends" and if she treats you the way you deserve to be treated then she likes you and you have a green light. I'm a girl, and when a girl says to you that she likes you, she means it. But, she'll let you know that she only likes you as a friend, because, she doesn't want you to think that you like her like that. When people say that I like my guy friend, I only like him as a friend, and it gets really stressful for the girl. Only if she's sensitive.

Most of the time a girl will only be that blunt is because being coy did not work. If she just liked you as a friend she wouldn't have to say it, it is assumed. If she just said it, it is because she likes you more than friend.

Its all about BODY LANGUAGE,
watch her when you are out eating dinner, are her knees pointed towards you, to the aisle or towards the wall....Im sure you can guess which is the answer.
Does she look you in the eye when she speaks and when you speak?
Are her answers more than uh huh, yes, mmhmm, yep?
when your walking side by side is she a good arms length away or is her shoulder brushing yours?
Does she giggle or full heartedly laughs, even when your jokes arent funny?
These are huge indicators. But you can be one of the lucky few where we just come right out and say it.... then the ball is in your court!

It depends if she flirts with you and stuff. If she's flirting that means she's thinking more of you like a boyfriend. If she just likes to hang around you and talk about normal stuff, then that means that she just wants to be your friend. If you think she may like you in between there then ask her out!
p.s. most likely, if she walked up to you and said. "I like you." then that's a little hint that she might want to go out with you. ALSO if she thinks you are easy to talk to the that means shes into you, sort of! It depends! Hope this helps! Good Luck with finding out~

You making it way too complicated. If she literally told you that she likes you, ASK HER OUT!!!
Go out and after a few hours try and hold her hand. If she lets you, enjoy it cuz you're on your way bro!!! Next date or so, she'll probably let you take her shirt off..that's when the real fun starts!

If she told you she likes you then she likes you. She's probably waiting for you to ask her out. Its hard to tell the difference between friends & bf/gf behavior until you start dating.
