Ok if it's a dark stain then that might be kind of hard to take off but try using a creamy make up remover, that way it doesn't overdry or irritate your skin.

And one great tip to use when dying your hair next time is to rub some petroleum jelly around your forehead and your ears or again some makeup remover lotion and leave it on there while dying your hair. Then take it off as soon as you're done. And this one always works: when washing off your hair SAVE the leftover dye because you could use that same dye to remove the stains on your skin. While washing, use the dye on your skin and rub it off along with shampoo. I know it sounds silly but i've done it and it works. Let me know what you tried. There are many products out there for this particular problem, but this is just what I tried at home. Effective/cheap.

It happens to me all the time, especially around my ears and forhead, whats best is just your normal face soap. Don' t scrub you will just irritate it. It will go away in two days. Fix your hair where you can't see it. I havn't tryed this but try eyemaker remover i think that stuff strong. :)
