can u please help me bc i eat a lot but i dont gain any!!!

You should try to gain weight slowly, usually at the rate of a kg a month, to avoid adverse effects on the body. Have a lot of high protein foods. More information to gain weight at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

Why 5 days?

Best way if you just want weight is to eat, and eat until your stomach can literally not fit anymore. If you eat till your full, your wont gain, you need to go past that.

And that is not necessarily healthy, but it works

When I started working out, i was 6'3, 160 and it started drinking NLarge protein shakes and put on 30 pounds in about a year or so. But I was working out too!

Eat nuts. They have a lot of fat in them.
