what exersise can i do to tone my butt ond legs???? besides squats

A bicycle is my secret weapon for big butt. I am 43 and i look great in shorts. I only drive in poor weather and have tote heavy bags. Most folks are too lazy to walk. If I crave a burrito at taco bell i WORK for it. I skip the extras and keep water on hand. If I want an icecream I walk 2 miles home on a nice day. BURN THAT BUTT!!

Get on the ground on your hands and knees and lift one of your legs like a dog on a fire hydrant. I know it sounds very awkward but believe me it works. Do a set of 8 on the right, do a set of 8 on the left, do a set of 4 on the right after that and then 4 on the left and then do one last set of 2 on each leg. After you finish these sets you do the same thing except for on the top of your lift kick your leg out to the side, so it is completely extended then bring it back in and down. Do the same number of reps for each leg as you did on the previous lifts.
