He's the Christianist Christian I know and mean people are saying he is evil and sick and that I am spoiled and rotten. I live in Venezuela among poor people I hope to convert, I spend my days reading the Bible and knitting socks for my wonderful father, and singing hymns. I have one pair of three year old shoes and two dresses (one for nice, one for work). I would say that we are a very good example of a Christian family with a godly work ethic.

MMmmm now why would people say your father is evil and sick with no reason? I think you need to look a little further outside your bubble. Maybe you could spend your days doing something more worthwhile than reading the Bible and people would respect you more. You may think you are a good example but the people around you are not agreeing. I think you should forget about converting anyone - any attempt will not endear you further.

People are only human and get bored so they make fun of things they do not understand, you see by doing this someone makes a comment and then they learn, and for some that's all they want to do but they will not admit it.
Good on you for the work you are doing, but have faith in God , more than the bible, if you study the bible you will find lots of truth, but also find Gods word's twisted by man. Take a look back over the years and you will see how man has used the bible to control others, instead of following the truth path of God. Religion including the Christan religion has been responsible for many deaths all in the name of God, do you really think God wants man to kill in his name, it goes against everything that God teaches, yet religion goes on.

sorry,but i dont think i know your father.are you talking about joseph and marys son.its not bad reading but it would be more plausible if the book was not so hypocritical.their were a lot of jesters around at that time.
