Fad diets are stupid. You need a balanced diet with fruit, veggies, good fats, whole grains and protein. Seek a nutritionist and work out if you want to lose weight. Or try an online regime

Ive heard of the Tuna fish diet and i am currently on it ive been on it for a month and i have lost 19lbs the trick is not to just eat tuna by itself but eat some green leafy salads, fruits, some veggies and plenty of water. Also have a low profile work out plan like walking or cleaning around the house or just plain having some fun. but also do be aware of the mercury that is in the tuna thats why you dont just do tuna alone. Take care hope ive been helpful.

Meats of any kind are'nt fattening. Meats, nuts, vegtables fully cooked, salads, water= no diet pop, but hershey's products. hershey chocolate was invented for people on diets, so they could enjoy without adding to the waistline. I saw a documentation on it months ago. Vegtables== either raw from the garden or fully cooked not halfway.==Halfway takes out the all so important enzines.

tuna fish diet is not such a good idea. If you want protein, go with chicken or other lean meats and just eat healthier and exercise more.

any "diet" that is based on a single food item or food group will never be healthy or optimum for fat loss.

along with regular exercise human biology requires nutrients from all 3 macronutrient groups on a regular basis for optimum performance and efficiency.

helps you lose weight and your brain cells. the mercury causes cancer and the smell is worse than cat ****. but eat it if you like it. it won't cause anything for a long time. you should see where that stuff is prepared. ha! won't catch me chomping on Charlie tuna buddy. not his old dude.

you should just eat healthy all the time. diets never work.

veggies, fruits
not much added sugar or fats
lean protein
lean dairy products
complex carbs
whole grains
fresh food that has not been processed a dozen times before ending up on your plate.

Doesn't sound like a good diet taste or health wise. Try adding chicken breast, turkey, and vegetables. oh and fruit too.

never go on diets, you should exercise, and have a balanced diet, with your daily food group servings.
