Is this poem good???

Question

If possible, whats a good title for it???

You see these tears in my eyes
They are the ones I'm afraid to cry
There are stories behind my frown
But the one that will matter is when someone can turn it upside down
There are parts of my heart that need to be filled
But if you knew that, you would probably be thrilled
All of me is wanting to heal
But none of me seems to know how to deal
I gave you all of my trust
And you treated it as if it was no more than dust
I loved who you were
But now I'm never really sure
Who's got my best interest in mind
I'm waiting for someone to be kind
I'm not who I wanted to be
But I'm sure you can already see
I'm looking for a way out
There is definetely no doubt
I will climb
Within a matter of time
I just need a chance to be ok
But that day is not going to be today

i would give it a 4 out of 5 as well, its really thoughtful, i think the beginning is not as powerful as ure end part. (but then i am not a poetry expert!)
