My friend had something like that and then she found out the guy was cheating on her. But I wouldn't worry about it if you really like him. I guess it all depends on how long you've been going out and how close you are.

oh come on girl...have u ever met a guy who pays attention to every little detail? he has probably long forgotten there is even a "single or taken" section on his myspace , let alone what he put on it. he probably has no clue it still says single because he's a guy and details don't matter that much...but of course as a women that bugs you. i don't recommend making a big deal out of it but if it bothers you that much very casually bring it up sometime. he'll probably just laugh about it which proves that he had no idea about it or if he's smart he'll figure out that might bug you and he'll change it.

yeah.. u know how many men and put them selves as single on Hi5 and myspace. its ridiculous!!!!
i would be mad, especially if both of u are serious about each other.
be mad at him but ask him why he did that.

I'd say it's "hand on hip - get an attitude" time. I made the mistake of 'playing around' on a singles dating site once and my girl found out.... boy was she peeved and let me know it in no uncertain terms - if I wanted to "play" single - I could BE SINGLE... I'm not single ANYMORE, OKAY. Honestly, I dug the way she set me in my place - WITH HER.

Are his profiles active? Pics? Friends? Comments? Etc? I know with myspace, even if you just sign up for an account and do not answer status it automatically puts you as single.
If he is actually using it, talk to him about it..
