This guy i was dating for a month, had just recieved a new labtop and he need the windows cd to download to his comp. I let him borrow it and we actually ended up not talking anymore becuase our relationship wasnt going anywhere. I decided to ask him for my stuff and he said sure no problem. Granted i have a few things of his. I have been trying to get my stuff back for three weeks he wont answer my phone calls or text message. He said we could meet at his job after work but he never called me to conform. He is not the smarted go to understand how much this cd cost. I called him yesterday and still no response. I need my stuff back and he is not trying to be coropertive what do i do? I cant take this any more. Not to mention I want to give him his stuff to but he seems not to want his belongings.

Make note of the times you have tried to return his belongings for your belongings. After 3 attempts go ahead and sell his belongings to re-attain your OS, you're OS is a HUGE loss, depending on what OS it was. But your documented attempts coupled with his acquisition of your OS may just off set in court should he ever decide to go that route. Another way would be to sell his things, and then buy your OS, and never mention that you had his things and you got a new OS.

He is probably trying to get back at you or maybe he lost the cd. What ever the problem is, try showing up at his workplace and insisting that he gives you your stuff back since that seems to be the only way to get a hold of him.

You need to go to his house when you know he's home. Take a dump in a bag, place the bag on his doorstep, set it on fire, ring the doorbell a bunch of times, and then run. You're not going to get your belongings back, anyway, so you might as well give him the burning feces treatment.

First, I would say, "meet me here at this place and this time" and he doesn't have to respond. I would also give him back his stuff. If you are getting really desperate, go to his house and get it back.

Serve him with papers informing him you are taking him to small claims court. Maybe once he gets served he will return your things to you and want to settle out of court.

do u have guy friends who are intimadateing or like a cousins get them to just go up to his work or something scare him into it that usualy work espacially if ur frustrated then u get a good laugh out of it

call him if he don't anwser than leave a message sain if he don't give ur stuff back even tho u are willing to give his stuff back u will be forced to take action all u want is ur stuff back...
