DEFINITELY! It happened to my mom. Total personality change. She couldn't help it.

Mood changes are a known effect following a stroke. There is not much documented evidence of actual personality change.

i believe that this is or can be true.depending on how that person handles any particular trauma.some people can except what has happened and some never do.
