Every situation is different. Also depends on the maturity of the two people involved. The last girl I dated for 3 years after hooking up on the first night. Just have fun...you only live once. Be careful though...you don't need a little ankle-biter running around!

Depends on who you're worried about thinking of you as easy. Guys care about one thing and one thing only: consistency. Once you give it up once, it has to keep happening on a semi-regular basis. That doesn't mean every day (unless of course you want to), but sex is something that guys spend 99.99% of their thought processes aspiring for, and once they get it, they usually want more.
If you want a timeline though, I can't help you. Every guy is different; there are the tail-chasers who will stay long enough to get the booty, then be gone; the "she's-the-one" types that will stay as long as you keep them around whether sex is happening or not; and a whole spectrum in between.

At least 2+ months. If he's still around then you should have established a relationship and gotten to know each other well. If he's not willing to wait until you know each other well, then you're better off not having risk sex with someone you don't know (or can trust). Follow your timetable and instincts only.
P.S. if someone lies about other things, don't trust them about their sexual history either. Remember, you will have sex with everyone they ever had sex with, disease-wise.

Unfortunately, the Madonna/Whore Complex is alive and well. This means that men still classify women in two categories: the one I want to sleep with and the one that I want to marry. Which category do you want to belong in? If you are looking for respect and to be cherished, don't have sex on the first few dates. When it is time, you will know.

"During the time before you have intercourse, he's fully under your spell. The longer you hold off, the more intrigued he'll become, allowing you to set the pace and control how things develop. That's why it's important to postpone sex for as long as you can---I say at least a month."

One of my good guy friends told me to wait until me and my bf decided we were both comfortable, at a point where sex wouldn't change our relationship for the worst.-but in a more direct way he told me to wait at least 5 months.I trust my good guy friend on anything because he always seems to be right it just but really it depends on the relationship...

I would have to say that it REALLY depends on your age and level of maturity. I don't think it's right to set a time limit on these kinds of things, but I obviously don't think you should start having sex from the beginnig.
I think it's safe when you're sure that the guy is really serious about you, and when you're sure that you're really serious about the guy.

There is no timeline on how long you should wait to be intimate. But if that person is immature enough to try to classify you as easy then they are not the one you should be with.

I would say about two months. That way both of you have gotten to know each other well enough to the point that both of you are comfortable being even more intimate.
Hope this helps....
