does anyone know a GOOD and easy way to exercise? it would really help me to maybe build some muscles and lose weight.

If exercising was easy, everyone in the world would be thin. Walking is probably the easiest way to work out, for the simple fact that we all do it on a constant basis without paying attention to the fact that we are actually working out. Diet and exercise is the key to your question. Simply working out will not help if you throw back a large pizza or two.

For gaining muscle, try to start off with light weights such as 5lb. Eventually graduate to heavier weights. This will lessen the amount of strain on your muscles.

join a sports club, buy a weight- loss video, join a gym, buy some dumbells (i think thats wot theyr called), do press-ups, skipping (it actually hepls alot)
