Try making some breakfast smoothies; they're quick and healthy. You can find tons of good recipes on the net. Just a tip, if they call for a banana peel it and throw it in the freezer the night before.

Oatmeal, egg whites (microwaved, not fried!), fresh fruit, Cream of Wheat, Cereal with Milk, etc. Not too difficult to figure out. Something low in sugar, has protein, and COMPLEX carbs. Nothing refined!!!
Be careful with granola though... that can be high in fat content.

Oatmeal! Really. It is filling and you can add things like raisins or bananas to sweeten it up.

try a plain bagle(lightly toasted for a crunch) with nothing on it with a glass of orange juice or low fat milk. or a gross bowl of oatmeal
