bass and out-put from them? who knows what I can get? No component, just speakers. I need size and brand.

For budget. Try Lightninig Audio found at Wal-Mart.
They are manufacturered by RockfordFosgate (yes, really) and are very well priced. The 6.5's and 6x9's go for about $35 a pair and the 12's go for $40. I had a friend w/ 6x9's and 2 12's. He had 100wrms on the 6x9's and 350wrms on each 12. Amazingly clear! VERY good bang-for-the-buck wise

Keep in mind, more expensive isn't always better!

JBL's are installed in most good cars. But Bose's are the one and only line of car stereos in Caddy's and most top of the line cars. Good enough, yes?
