Rockford Fosgate manufactures a brand called Lightning Audio (yes, really). They are sold at Wal-Mart. They are VERY inexpensive for the quality.
You can get some 3-way (tri-axial) 6x9"'s or 4"'s, or 6 1/2"'s for $35. You can get a 12" sub for $40. They also sell a 300watts rms 2 channel amp for $75.

I had a friend who had the 6x9"'s and 2 12"'s. He had 100watts rms going to each. He had 350watts rms going to each 12". This was the loudest, clearest sounding discount system i've EVER heard. Beats the h*ll out of flea-market shopping.

Good Luck!

Pioneer's REV speakers are pretty impressive for co-axials. But you won't get a lot of bass out of your 6.5" co-axials no matter what you do. If you can't get a subwoofer - at least give components a try, and make sure to amplify them and seal your doors really well.
