i have the feeling that it is caused by my pillow( although it is a new one) and i change the pillowcase every week
nevertheless i get the feeling that it is caused because of th fact that my face is in constant touch with the pillow( as i sleep on my side)
Can my theory be correct?Or iis it only my idea?

no that's not it. what it more than likely is (AND BE HONEST NOW) is because you probably touch your chin a lot.

do you find yourself more time than not..sitting with your hand on your chin? or anything like that? do you often basically cover your chin with your hand..and probably don't realise it?

now you have to think about that..and i'm being serious. your pillow won't cause this (unless its a RASH that you getting from the cloth of the pillow case..which means you are ALLERGIC to this substance)

so my advice would be this. stop touching your face with your hands (you probably have oily skin) for a week or 2 and see if that helps. make sure you wash your face with OIL FREE stuff. and wash your face at least 3 times a day...you don't always need soap..just give it quick was with water and then dry it to help keep it from getting to oily.

My daughter had acne and I purchased Proactive and it cleared it up completely. You have to order it from the net and its not cheap but it works. If you are a minor get your parents to order it for you.
