i need some to get my revenge on someone at work, i never seem to get his puzzles and the ones i know he knows to

look at my profile, go to questions and look at hard riddles. i have 5 reallly hard riddles there that might throw him off.

Before you go to work, write down the number 1089 on a piece of paper and seal it in an envelope. The when you go to work, give him the envelope and ask him to put it in his pocket.

Then ask him to write down a three digit number without you seeing it. It can be any number as long as the first and last digit differ by more than one. Then ask him to reverse the digits and take the smaller number away from the bigger one.

With the answer he's got, he should reverse these digits and this time add the two numbers together.

THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS 1089! For example:

513 - 315 = 198 Reverse these digits and add together

198 + 891 = 1089!

Then ask him to open the envelope....and look at the surprise on his face!

"Confused" The question states that the first and last digit must differ by more than one.

Here's a simple one. Tell him to make a loop by touching the tips of his middle finger and thumb. Then tell him to poke his head through it. The key? Use the index finger of the other hand, and raise the loop to your head. Now poke the finger thru the loop to touch ("poke") your head... This one stumped a member of MENSA.
