supposed to choose between sinning and never feeling Eros love (sexual love, one of the three types of love used in the Bible)? Or did you never think of that?

Full gospel shirley: So now Doctor's are speaking for God? And if the Dr. says a hermaphrodite is a male, he should go against part of his physical make-up (hormones, chromosomes, in some cases, even genitalia) and be with females??? Your God is an ****** apparently.

Yachadoo: So... why do Christians get married if they're not allowed to want someone they're not already married to? And according to that rational, for a hermaphrodite to even be attracted to someone is ALWAYS going to be a sin, right?

Ha, look at some of these pathetic answers. It's either changing the subject and *not* answering the question, or they claim it's a "choice." Yes, I'm sure that one chooses to be born with a penis and a vagina. XD
I suppose that an intersexual person who lives a Christian lifestyle is forced to remain celibate for the rest of their life because God f*cked up when he made that person. Or something along those lines, right?

No. A person is not sin. A person commits sin. Hermaphrodites are the results of original sin-not necessarily something they or their parents did wrong. Human genes were corrupted 6000 years ago at the fall of man. There are many kinds of mutations, this is one, cancer is another. Unfortunately some people are more affected than others. How could you assume that if a hermaphrodite had a sexual relationship that it would be a sin? That doesn't have to be the case. You are jumping to a poor conclusion. Your motive here is clear.

Several years ago, doctors use to make their best guest on what sex to "assign" someone this way. Now they can do DNA testing and as a result they do a lot better. I can not remember the name of the book but there was one written about a baby being raised as a girl but "she" never felt it was right. When they were able to do DNA, they realized they made a mistake.
With the correct sexual assignment, hermaphrodites can lead a normal life and many do get married so they do not have to chose as you mention above.
One thing we need to remember. GOD gave us a sex drive so using it in the right way is a precious gift. It is just as wrong for "normal" people to gratify themselves apart from their own husband or wife as it is for anyone else. When we do things God's way, we are blessed. When not, we do pay a price. They (gays and lesbians) the two bypass against the organic disposition (fitrah) which Allaah has created in mankind – and additionally in animals – wherein the male is vulnerable in the direction of the female, and vice versa. Whoever is going against that is going against the organic disposition of mankind, the fitrah. The unfold of homosexuality has led to guy ailments which neither the east nor the west can deny exist because of the fact of them. however if the only results of this perversion replaced into AIDS – which assaults the immune device in people – that is sufficient. It additionally reasons the breakup of the kinfolk and leads people to resign their paintings and learn because of the fact they are preoccupied with those perversions. because of the fact the prohibition has come from his Lord, the Muslim shouldn't wait until eventually drugs proves that harm befalls the only that does that which Allaah has forbidden. fairly he ought to have confidence firmly that Allaah in basic terms prescribes that that's good for people, and those cutting-part discoveries ought to in basic terms strengthen his certainty and self belief in the greatness of Allaah’s know-how. @ Szy "a faith shouldnt exchange the type you experience"...the homosexuals are chaning the methods they are meant to experience. Allah created anybody created to the opposte gender, why are u going against the grain and claiming some thing that's unnatural and replaced into not the type you have been created. i've got confidence they are actually not born as homosexuals, yet fairly they strengthen this sense. And Allah is familiar with. IF and ONY in the event that they are born as homosexuals, then they should a minimum of forbid and stop themselves from doing gay acts. they should chorus from any gay act. And by way of this they gained't be sinned, and that they shouldnt be pleased with it besides. could Allah shield islam

Homosexuality is a sin, God says so and yes they can change. or it wouldnt be sin.
But if a person if born with more than one sex as a birth defect, thats not sin. But they must still obey God. whatever the doc says is the sexual identity that is best suited to them, is what they are, and shuld act on that and be with the opposite sex when they marry. Still dosent give them a license to sin.
Yes, there is eros love, but thats love between a husband and wife, and it is amazing beautiful and erotic, but in the way God intends it to be. NOthing like it.
but to act on eros love without marriage or outside of marriage is a sin. sex with same sex is sin and with children and with animals. God says so and that settles it for us.
But, God doesnt force you. you can have sex with anyone you want. But, you must be willing to pay for it later. Repent now and be saved. ITs not too late.

apparently Gary above does not even know what a hermaphrodite is.
The Bible never addresses this issue, so far as I'm aware. I would venture to say that they would have been considered among the "unclean" who were not allowed to enter the Temple, along with those who had malformed reproductive organs.

According to the Bible, Hermaphrodites don't exist. That's why doctors traditionally "assign" them a gender.

If you truly love God, and want to follow his laws, you would give up your homosexuality for him. This homosexual "love" is barely love compared to what it'll be like in heaven.
If homosexuals can't fall in love with the opposite gender, than they shouldn't have sexual relations for a while. Many people who have found God have become completely celibate - missionaries, priests, pastors - because they feel if they have God, they don't need anything else. Once a former homosexual heads down that road - to get a relationship with God - it will be easier to love the opposite gender.

No, they're supposed to choose a sex and stick with it. Author Anne Rice was born a hermaphrodite, and she chose to be female. I don't believe that's a sin.
Being a homosexual is not a sin. Giving into it is.

I posed this question on a Roman Catholic site and none could give a logical explanation nor will they ever be able to because their religion is not based on universal truth to include everyone in their salvation.
