well just watch what you eat, you know eat more healthy and walk whenever you can-like instead of using elevators use the stairs etc this helps us out alot more than we think.maybe find a workout tape that you like that you can do while ur inside and drink as much water as possible-when you feel hungry like you want a snack drink water and just keep drinking it and it will give you a full feeling and also drink water with your meals-dont try to starve yourself by not eating enough becasue you will end up eating more in the long run
