what are some simple exercise i can do to firm my upper arms? Ny simple i just mean anything ican do at home not at a gym?

Pushups.
Or i've tried taking a chair and placing my arms on the end of the chair, w/o actually sitting on it, just lower your body up and down.
Also, Over head army claps. Arms out to you sides, palms up, and shoulder level. Clap you arms above your head. It's like half a jumping jack. For more resistance try with water bottles or weights in each hand.

Push ups (chest, triceps) and pull ups (back, biceps) are a great place to start. You could also get some dumb bells (maybe 5-20lbs depending on your strength level) and do curls for your biceps and overhead extensions for your triceps.

Get some resistance bands and do some curls for biceps and overhead extension for triceps. This is the simplest you can go.

Push ups, both front-style, and sitting with arms behind you bearing your weight on your arms.
Get some laundry soap jugs filled with water and do some over the head lifts.
Improvise!!!
