Try webmd. They have articles on just about everything health related.

Just type "psychiatry" and "smoking" into Yahoo! search on this site and for psychiatry 18,200,000 links come up; for smoking 127,000,000 links came up. Wikipedia has good information articles on these two subjects and its' link came up among the first 10 links in both tries
