im 14, im going to daytona beach in 2 weeks. i want my hair a lighter blonde. i color and cut all my friends's hair and they end up loivng it. however, i do my own hair too. im sick of using boxed grocery store products. they suck!!! they are soo crappy to your hair. well, DO NOT tell me "go to a professional" my cousin is a licensed professional and owns her own salon. but i cant afford to get my hair done by her!!! im only 14!!!! and my moms says she wont pay for me to get my hair dyed monthly. they dont understand me. so, i live near a sallys i wanna buy ion color briliance in the shade light golden blonde. i know the mixing with the bowl and stuff, i just dont know what volume developer to get. right now my hair is dirty ash blonde. i want it light golden blonde. im naturally dirty blonde. should i get a 10, 20, 30 or 40 developer and please explain the procedure. THANKS GUYS!!!

You can use this simple remedy that might make you shiver some, but atleast you won't have to get a headache over this suggestion. Shave your head like Britney Spears, then if you would rather not do that, then you can always get a head transplant.
